Fort Worth is a treasure trove for those who appreciate the charm of antiques and vintage finds. At Amy Horany Interiors, we believe in incorporating vintage pieces into our designs in order to ensure each home we design speaks to our client’s personality and story.

This is why we offer in-person, local shopping experiences for our clients. We revel in finding those perfectly unique and unexpected items to make your home stand out from the rest. As a part of this standard, we rely heavily on finding those stand-out pieces locally in Fort Worth’s bustling antique scene.

Whether you’re looking to furnish your home with one-of-a-kind pieces, add to an existing collection, or simply enjoy the thrill of the hunt, Fort Worth offers a rich selection of antique stores to explore, and Amy Horany Interiors is here to help! In no particular order, here’s our curated list of must-visit spots for antique enthusiasts like ourselves:

Montgomery Street Antique Mall

@montgomerystreetantiquemall

2601 Montgomery St, Fort Worth, TX 76107

With more than 60,000 square feet of antiques and collectibles, this Fort Worth staple is known for its expansive layout and variety of vendors, making it a haven for antique lovers. Take your time browsing through an impressive array of collectibles, décor, and heirloom-quality pieces.

We also love the adorable award-winning tea room, Secret Garden Restaurant, located inside the mall. Their chicken salad and Apricot Mango iced tea is our personal favorite, and they even offer a kids menu for the littles.

Vickery Warehouse (7375 W. Vickery Blvd. Benbrook, Texas)

Davis Vintage Decor is one of our absolute favorites! This popular destination offers a diverse range of vintage items and unique antiques. It’s rare for us to leave Becky’s booth without finding at least one gem. You’ll find everything from furniture to art, perfect for adding character to your interiors.

Becky also recently opened a second location on Vickery, which hosts pop-up markets throughout the year. Make sure to follow Davis Vintage Decor on instagram at @davisvintagedecor to see when her next pop-up event will be held.

Another favorite of ours, this Fort Worth antique market is located on the circle of Camp Bowie. This antique mall offers an eclectic mix of antiques and vintage goods, curated with modern aesthetics in mind. It’s a great spot for unique finds that blend history and style with multiple vendor stocking booths.

The Rose Garden Tea Room is another great lunch spot within The Mercantile. The antique mall is open everyday, but the tearoom specifically is close on Mondays.

Simple Things Furniture

@simplethingsfurniture

Originally opening their doors in 1997, Simple Things Furniture is another Fort Worth staple. In our opinion, it’s the epitome of laid-back luxury. Although Simple Things doesn’t sell antiques exclusively, it’s important for it to be on our list due to their passion and dedication for hunting down some of the most unique and stunning pieces in all of Fort Worth. This high-end retailer is consistent every time you enter their doors, and will leave you wanting to buy each time you visit.

Ties to the Past Antiques

@ties2thepastantiques

6901 Camp Bowie Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76116

Specializing in memorabilia and classic antiques, this store is ideal for those looking for pieces with historical charm. Ties to the Past Antiques isn’t as large as some of it’s competitors, but it still hosts dozens of dealer booths with quality pieces, making it a bit easier to shop. You’ll also notice certain vendors hosting individual sales throughout the year, offering even better pricing than their already affordable prices.

Benbrook Antique Mall

A favorite among locals, the Benbrook Antique Mall is known for its friendly atmosphere and wide selection of antique furniture, décor, and collectibles. It offers about 150 vendor booths and nearly 38,000 square feet of unique treasures.

They even have a full service U-Haul dealer on-site with vehicle rentals for any of those larger pieces you may find while antiquing and need help transporting to your home.

Old Home Supply

1801 College Ave. Fort Worth TX 76110

Just south of downtown Fort Worth, in the heart of the Historic Fairmount neighborhood, lies The Old Home Supply. For over 25 years, this unique destination has been a treasure trove of architectural antiques, spanning four corners of warehouses. From clawfoot tubs to vintage doors, Old Home Supply offers a diverse collection of timeless architectural elements. Old Home Supply is particularly useful for those restoring a historic home or adding character to a modern space.

They also offer lamp and light fixture rewiring. They can rewire your old light fixture and even transform it into a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
